Cancellation Policy

Cooling-off & cancellation rights

Customers normally have 14 days to cancel from delivery or activation (for distance contracts) without penalty — see your network operator's contract details.

How to cancel

• Contact your network operator's customer support (details in your contract) or contact us at support@ukmobicare.com and we will advise on next steps.
• For cancellations within the statutory cooling-off period you may be asked to return goods and will receive a refund as per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds after cancellation

Refunds are processed by the network operator in accordance with their processes. Partial charges may be deducted for services used prior to cancellation.

Exemptions & business customers

Activated/used SIMs and certain business contracts may be exempt from cancellation rights or subject to different terms.
